Objective of the Course

In order to increase their efficiency, companies often focus only on the most obvious steps: innovation, efficiencies in macro-flows, development of human capital. But there is a “micro” component, less visible, but of fundamental importance: the management of people's daily work.

The course deals with the issue of effective and efficient management of «ordinaryness»: organizing priorities and time by reducing stress, planning one's office work, managing the team and planning the agenda and micro-activities.

The course is conducted with ample space dedicated to comparison and roleplay in order to share with the participants the techniques, tools and above all the mentalities that are the basis of the ordinary management of one's work.
